All of the rest of them are <i>at least</i> good, whereas Phantom of the Opera and The Invisible Man are all-time masterpieces, and as you say, Frankenstein and Bride of Frankenstein, taken together, are great. Dracula ain't great, but it's a hugely influential and important horror classic that's a slow but cheesy watch, and Let the Right One In is a haunting modern classic.
